Heritage Open Day September 2013 and New Members

Well what can we say....Two words....THANK YOU....For your support on the day, nice to see so many people and the site coming alive with people. It was great to see people who had actually worked at the pit, the museum and also children who had come along the learn a little about the coal mining history in our area. I have to mention at this time that the visit would not have been made possible without out the help of all the volunteers and officials from the numerous agencies..Thank You.
